Ricki L. Osborn, First Assistant Ms. Osborn has been a prosecutor in Webster County since April of 1998. She has served as First Assistant to Webster County Attorney Tim Schott since 2002. As First Assistant, Ms. Osborn prosecutes all levels of crime. She also assists the county attorney in supervising the office staff and the other attorneys in the office. She obtained her law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1997. She received her BA degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa in 1994.
Sarah L. Smith joined the Webster County Attorney’s office in May 2004. Prior to joining the office, she worked as both a prosecutor and a public defender in Story County for five years. She obtained her law degree from the University of Iowa Law School and her B.A. in English from Iowa State University. She prosecutes all levels of crime and prosecutes juvenile cases.
Jennifer Weaver, Assistant Jennifer Weaver joined the Webster County Attorney’s office in October 2005. She received her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Northern Iowa in 2002.
Cori Kuhn, Assistant Cori Kuhn joined the Webster County Attorney’s office in July 2006. Ms. Kuhn received her law degree from the Drake University Law School in 2005. She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa in 2002. |
