Flu Shots

Influenza season is well underway, and flu vaccinations are the most effective way to prevent influenza. However, you can help prevent spreading the disease by staying home when you are sick, covering your cough, sneezing into your elbow and frequently washing your hands.   Flu shots are still available at the Health Department on a walk-in basis Monday-Friday 1:00pm-4:00pm.  Medicaid, Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield Alliance Select are accepted.  Please bring your card.  $20 fee for people without health insurance.
