Family Foundations Building your family's future...at home Family Foundations is a family support service. Family Foundations is available to all pregnant women and families with children up to age 5 in Calhoun, Pocahontas and Webster Counties. There is no charge for this service. Nurses and Family Support Workers bring information to your home or alternate site on: • Pregnancy • New baby • Toddler • Family life skills • Available resources We are here to share in the delight of your child. We help you build upon your strengths to be a healthy, happy family.

Program Information:  :  Family Foundations is a family support service available to all pregnant women and families with children up to 5 years old in Webster, Calhoun & Pocahontas counties.  This is a free service provided by the Webster County Health Department.  Nurses and Family Support Workers can come to your home or an alternate location and provide information on pregnancy, new baby, toddler growth & development, family life skills and help you find available resources based on your family’s needs.  Call Tricia at the Webster County Health Department today at 515-573-4107 for more information.
