Program Information:  Home health care provides RN skilled nursing services, Home Care Aide, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy to any age group. Care is provided to assist people recovering from illness or surgery, ill and preterm infants and children, and to assist people with skilled nursing needs to maintain independence in their homes. Skilled assessments care, and referrals are completed based on individuals needs.
