The Board of Supervisor met in Session on the
above date with the following members present: Condon, Dencklau, Lizer, Motl
and Nolting. Absent: None.
Moved by Lizer, seconded by Condon to approve
minutes of June 12, 2007, regular meeting.
Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Condon, seconded by Dencklau to receive
and place on file the following Drainage Repairs: D.D.#65, Joint D.D.#9 Webster & #3 Humboldt Branch #1, and
D.D.#339. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Dencklau, seconded by Motl to approve
employment of Steven Drew, Case Manager, at the rate of $15.00 per hour,
effective June 18, 2007, per recommendation of Irene Blair, Community Services
CPC, Administrator. Motion carried
unanimously.
Moved by Motl, seconded by Lizer to receive and
place on file resignation of Carolyn Clark, Clerk in Auditor’s office,
effective June 29, 2007. Motion carried
unanimously.
Moved by Lizer, seconded by Condon to approve Rob
Everhard as Volunteer for Webster County Veteran Affairs Department. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Condon, seconded by Dencklau to approve
the following department appropriation changes for fiscal year 2006-2007: Decrease Department #051 (General Services –
Courthouse) $23,000; Increase Department 008 (Law Enforcement Center) $6,000;
and Increase Department 055 (Social Service Building) $17,000. Motion carried unanimously.

and place on file the following fiscal year 2007-2008 Salaries for County
Employees, effective July 1, 2007:
